Vicki has extensive experience with Lake Homes year round and second homes. She works on your real estate goals as if they were her own because she knows that finding the best real estate solution is a partnership.

As an Associate Broker and ABR and SRES, Vicki is up on all of the real estate trends in the real estate makret of Upstate New York. She works with buyers and sellers in Greene County and Columbia County including Sleepy Hollow Lake, Catskill, Windham, Athens, Coxsackie, New Baltimore, Hudson, Hunter, Tannersville and surrounding towns.

Vicki stays connected to local communities and is an avid volunteer. She is a member of the Rotary, the current VP for the Greene County MLS, and on the The Sleepy Hollow Lake Association activities committee. Vicki received the Volunteer of the Year award in 2009 from the Greene County MLS, becase of her extensive involvement in committees and events.

Vicki and her husband of nearly 35 years are proud of their four successful sons, whom have gone on to work for some of the largest companies in the world including JP Morgan Chase and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

Vicki recently helped us to purchase a home on Sleepy Hollow Lake in Athens, NY. We had some pretty stringent requirements in what we were looking for and she did an outstanding job in findings listings that met our criteria. We had dealt with other agents prior to Vicki and the experience was much different....We were constantly being shown houses way out of our price range or houses that had none of the things we were looking for. Even when we had almost given up, Vicki was still looking for us, and eventually found the perfect match for my family. We had a pretty tough negotiation before closing the deal and Vicki really helped to move the process along as quickly and painlessly as possilbe. I would definitely use her again!

My husband and I just closed on our home last week with Vicki as our agent. Our process began just a few short months ago and we went to a variety of homes with an assortment of agents and then we found Vicki. Half of these were properties that Vicki was a dual agent for, and half she was solely representing us. I was so impressed that she spent time helping us look at each property without prejudice. She wasn't trying to "Sell us", she was honestly working to help us find the home we wanted. She was honest and fair and has upheld that initial impression through our entire process.
